Course overviews
We write & deliver bespoke training, but some of the same subjects come up time & again, so here we've put together a few example course programmes, so you can see how we work. All of our courses are based around plenty of practice, a safe working environment and a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
We often use professional actors, so you can practise real conversations that you bring with you to the day. This type of learning is invaluable - always the most dreaded and the most praised - it isn't widely available to the public.
All our courses are run in-house for you and this is often more cost-effective than booking 10-12 people onto a public course, especially if you provide a venue. If you would like to do this, please contact us.
