* We cover the South West and Oxford/London area only if in person, otherwise this will be done by telephone. Coaching sessions last between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours. Ask us about Facet5 personality profiling for recruitment and team building.

A note on consultancy time...
We normally anticipate at least one day’s preparation time will be required in order to put on a course every time it runs. Further consultancy time is dependent on how much the training is tailored to your specific needs and how you want to measure the impact of the training. For scoping and design of a new course, without measurement, the rule of thumb is 3 hours to every 1 in the training room. We’ll always discuss this with you in advance.
We don’t run any training without an appropriate amount of consultancy/preparation time - that's why our courses are so well received. Besides, 'right first time' is better value for money than having to re-do something that wasn't quite right.

Notes

| Training team | Up to 5 people can have the chance to practise scenarios opposite an actor in a day with theory. Some courses will require 2 actors/trainers |

| Invoice stages | we bill for our consultancy time in advance (monthly in some cases) and delivery in arrears |
| VAT | applied to all prices @ 20% in 2012 |
