Following a period of consultancy, it will often be the case that some training is needed, in order to bring people up to the required level of knowledge & skill. We can run courses of any length for you and these will be designed by us according to your learning objectives.
All of our courses are original and highly participative. In some cases, we send out workbooks prior to the course so that the day can be spent practising rather than just listening to theory. We normally come and train on-site unless you would like us to organise a venue.
We often use actors on our training days, because we believe in people practising the skills they are learning and creating a 'muscle memory of success' before they leave the course. Our actors are able to re-create real situations and people and flex their behaviour according to the individual's learning needs. Because we believe that training doesn't work on its own, we also advise taking follow-up coaching to make sure the training is being applied and also to set up your processes before and after training to maximise the application of the learning.
